The Messiah of the Macon - Bradley Spiegel

The world before the advent of technology was considered to be a much happier place than it is today. Evidently, with increase in number of crimes and unhealthy practices, the world before sure seemed “better”. But the technological advancements witnessed by us throughout these years placed the whole world in a technologically advanced era that we are currently living in.

Internet has been such a strong foundation for connecting with people from all over the world, literally by sitting in the comfort of your home. The world is thriving with opportunities right now and most of the population has an access to internet services. Noteworthy how the word “most” has been used. Because there are still people out there who do not have access to an active internet connection.

Realizing how internet services are the need of the hour,Bradley Spiegel launched a community-based program called The Technology Access Program for students based in Macon, Georgia. Through this program, Bradley strives to provide high quality internet access at a very reasonable price to the people of Macon so that they remain connected to the people they can’t physically link with.

Most people are living one of the most difficult phases of their lives because of Covid-19 pandemic, that has led the whole world to shut down. Bradley came forward as the knight in the shining armor for his community during these hard times and reinvested their faith in humanity. He dedicates his time and effort to present his community with the opportunity to remain linked with each other.

During her time of working as a senior centre, Bradley’s wife noticed that many of the residents were unable to communicate or be in touch with their families from a very long time. Bradley immediately decided to do something about it. The Technology Access Program facilitates communication between seniors, their children and their grandchildren.

Spiegel has dedicated his whole life finding ways to help the community he lives in, and when he finally thought of something that could make this world a better place, he refuse to hold back. Along with that, he also provides various electronic devices, such as computers, laptops, tablets, etc to the ones who need them, realizing how expensive the services of web has become. Also known as the ‘Messiah for the students of Macon’, Bradley Spiegel has proven that there still exist people who would go out of their way to help people in need.
